15m is open
The 15m band is open. Some DX has been heard on PSK31 including South Africa and Brazil, though no success in actually working any DX yet.

Yes, I also saw that 15m was "open". I saw some nice strong PSK-31 "traces" from VE land on the waterfall. I tried to work the VE stations, but they didn't hear me. I did call CQ for a while and then got a return from SP land (Poland)! Not what I was expecting as it was already late afternoon!
My antenna is currently a G7FEK design.
